During the Covid-19 pandemic, social media has become and even more vital channel for communicating for charities of all sizes, helping raise their profiles, inspire supporters and reach the communities they serve. 

This course will explore how your organisation can thrive online, introduce the use of analytics and social media management tools and look at how to develop engaging and impactful content

This workshop is designed for those who already have experience running at least one social media channel and are looking to learn more about them.

Trainer profile

Rachel Eden

Rachel is a trainer, speaker, and facilitator and has a wide range of expertise including leadership, communications, and media skills. As an experienced course designer, she has been training staff and volunteers since 2007.

This workshop is ideal for those who already have experience running at least one social media channel and are looking to learn more about them.

The training will be held online using Zoom

  • £45 per person for OCVA Members
  • £60 per person from a charitable organisation who are not OCVA members
  • £75 per person from a non-charitable organisation

Please note there are two steps to this process and both steps of the process will need to be completed to secure your place.

  2. Make payment via PayPal within two working days of registering for the course. We’re using PayPal for this event. Select ‘pay with a debit or credit card ‘ if you don’t have a PayPal account (there’s no need to sign in to PayPal). If you do not use Paypal, please email training@ocva.org.uk for an invoice.
