During the Covid-19 pandemic, social media has become and even more vital channel for communicating for charities of all sizes, helping raise their profiles, inspire supporters and reach the communities they serve.

Yet for those who are new to social media in a professional setting, you can find making effective use of your social media channels challenging.

Malcolm is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and mentor, specialising in strategy, communications, and stakeholder engagement. He has over fifteen years of experience designing and delivering training for local government and with volunteers.

This seminar is ideal for people who have not used social media or are not familiar with how to use social media within your organisation.

  • £45 per person for OCVA Members
  • £60 per person from a charitable organisation who are not OCVA members
  • £75 per person from a non-charitable organisatio

Please note there are two steps to this process and both steps of the process will need to be completed to secure your place.

  1. Complete the Google bookings form and register your details
  2. Make payment via PayPal within two working days of registering for the course. We’re using PayPal for this event. Select ‘pay with a debit or credit card ‘ if you don’t have a PayPal account (there’s no need to sign in to PayPal). If you do not use Paypal, please email training@ocva.org.uk for an invoice.
