Personal development is a key part of any role and we have a range of courses from running meetings to developing your Microsoft skills to help your progress.

We aim to improve your skills, knowledge and confidence with accredited and non-accredited training; leading to personal and career development.

Effective report writing

This interactive session will break down the process for creating a report that conveys the correct message to your target audience along with techniques for constructing the key essence and outcomes from your project.

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Do you want to develop your Microsoft Excel skills? Would you like to make your work more efficient through the use of formulas and formatted spreadsheets? This interactive and practical course introduces participants to the advanced techniques and how these can be used to enhance your work.

Time Management: Taking Control of Your Time

This course will use techniques and methods of time management to help organise your time . There will be discussion and exploration of traditional and trusted time management techniques as well as introduction and discussion around new apps and ideas.

Effective people management

Are you new to management? Or you would you like to refresh your management skills? This course is designed to help you develop your knowledge, understanding and skills for managing employees in the workplace, as required by a practising or potential first line manager.

How to run Successful Meetings

This interactive course will cover the essential elements of planning and carrying out your meeting from the preparation through to future planning.

Developing presentation skills

This one day session gives you an opportunity to discover and/or refresh your existing presentation skills. Whether you present to an audience on a regular basis or infrequently, this session will give you ideas, practical tips and methods that work well for a persuasive presenter.
