It’s no longer good enough just to do good work.  We now need to be able to proof it and show it.   This practical session will look at how we can move away from playing a ‘numbers game’ and focus more on the outcomes and the difference our work makes.  The session will look at tested ways of measuring the impact of what we do, how we can encourage people to take a longer term view and provide useful evidence for funders and commissioners.

This course will take place online using Zoom.

What will I learn?

By the end of this session you will learn:

  • The shift from counting activity to outcomes and impact.
  • How to gather useful information about the impact of your work.
  • How to build an evidence base to influence commissioners and funders.
  • How show the real value of your work.
