This role is about working with people to provide a toenail cutting service within a clinic setting, located in designated areas of Oxfordshire. Ensuring clients are treated with sensitivity and respect.
Job location (usual place of work): Covering clinics is Abingdon, Wallingford and Wantage
Pay Rate: £14.06 per hour

Hours: Part time (18 hours a week, working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
Contract is: Fixed Term Contract (12 month)
Job description:
• Complete toenail cutting services for the client group within designated clinics.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with clients, their families, and carers, along with venue staff where clinics are held.
• Undertake assessments of new clients to the service
• Ensure that up to date client details and attendances are maintained and any changes in client’s health or personal circumstances recorded.
• As part of an appointment take payment (card/cash) for the service provided and process in accordance with charity policies, along with booking clients for future appointments.
• Liaise regularly with the Footcare Coordinator and Service Administrator
• Signpost clients to alternative services if additional treatment is needed.
• Support the Footcare Coordinator with the promotion of the toenail cutting service.
