Submission Guidelines

1. Keep it brief. Submit text attachments as a Word document.
2. Only include one or two images. We can accept jpeg or png files. Ensure you have copyright permission to use.
3. Consider the What, Who, When, Where, Why, and How.
4. Please do not include tables.
5. We can include links to newsletters.
6. Job opportunities can be submitted here.
7. If you’re an OCVA Member, you can also advertise on our Noticeboard.
   
   We will review all requests but reserve the right to refuse inclusion without providing a reason for doing so. We do not sell email addresses to any third party.
