New research into Oxfordshire’s smallest voluntary, community, and social enterprise organisations highlights four key challenges:

• Difficulty recruiting and keeping volunteers
• Struggling to have their voices heard
• Increasing financial pressures
• Limited opportunities to work together
  
  While OCVA, Community First Oxfordshire and other specialist support organisations are working hard to help, they don’t have the capacity to reach everyone. Without more support and resources, many essential community services are at risk.
