Funding is available for UK charities that support people affected by genetic conditions. The Jeans for Genes Grant Programme offers flexible grants of between £3,000 and 5,000. These grants can be used to cover essential running costs, respond to challenges such as funding pressures, rising demand, or operational difficulties, and invest in work that strengthens an organisation’s impact. In addition, a pilot programme will award larger grants of up to £10,000 to three selected “spotlight” charities. These charities will work with Jeans for Genes to raise public awareness of genetic conditions. To be eligible, organisations must have an annual income of less than £1 million. All grants must be spent within twelve months.
Organisations interested in applying should do so here by the 2nd of March 2026.
