FUNDING: Applications open to The Tree Council for trees

The Tree Council is helping National Highways plant 3 million trees by 2030 by gifting up to 600,000 trees to communities across England annually. The initiative aims to benefit both nature and communities through low carbon tree planting. A selection of tree species, with orders of between 2,500 to 50,000 whips available to a wide range of applicants, including charities, farms, education institutions and more.

Local authorities, charities, NGOs, community groups, education institutions, landowners, farmers, and private sector organisations including care homes in England can apply.
