Free cyber security support

April 20, 2026

Charities and community groups have access to free cyber security support through The Cyber Resilience Centre for the South East.

This police-led partnership provides free, expert support to help voluntary organisations and charities stay safe online.

Cyber resilience is no longer just an IT issue; it’s an essential building block for good governance, risk management, and service continuity.

The Cyber Resilience Centre offers:

  • Fully funded Security Awareness Training for staff and volunteers
  • A free 30-minute cyber health consultation
  • A monthly newsletter to keep you informed on the latest cyber threats in your area
  • Regular educational webinars and events to keep you and your network updated

Online sessions equipping you with the knowledge you need to prepare yourself and your team to stay safe online, identify scams and strengthen digital security will run in June, August and October. These sessions are police-led, practical, and focus on the real-world risks faced by charitable organisations.
