Job title: Night Support Worker (O’Hanlon House) 

Role summary:
Join Homeless Oxfordshire as a Night Support Worker and help create a safe & supportive environment for our residents at O’Hanlon House. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide high-quality support and housing management throughout the night while also encouraging residents to build confidence and independent living skills. The role involves monitoring the building, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, managing risks, responding to challenging situations, and keeping accurate records thus ensuring the service runs smoothly overnight. This is a great opportunity to create a meaningful difference to people rebuilding their lives!

Job location (usual place of work): Oxford

Pay Rate: £28,335

Job description:

This role is responsible for delivering a safe and supportive service to all residents living at O’Hanlon House during the night. The post holder needs to work alongside the day and night teams to ensure the effective delivery of high quality care, support and housing management according to Homeless Oxfordshire Policies and Procedures.
