Job title: Project Worker 

Role summary:

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and organised LEAF Project Worker to join our team. Working alongside the LEAF Coordinator, you will support members to take part in a lively programme of activities, training and social opportunities. You will help recruit and support new members, encourage participation in LEAF forums and activities, and create opportunities for people with lived experience of homelessness to influence services across Oxfordshire.

Job location (usual place of work): OXFORD

Pay Rate: £24,107 p.a. FTE (£11,020 actual)

Is pay pro rata: Yes

Hours: Part time – 16 hours

Contract is: Permanent

Job description:

• Support the delivery of engaging and inclusive activities for LEAF members.

• Promote LEAF and help recruit and welcome new members.

• Support co-production and ensure the voices of people with lived experience are heard by services and partner organisations.

• Provide appropriate supervision and support to LEAF members.

• Help members access casework, advocacy and other support when required.

• Support the LEAF Coordinator with monitoring, case studies and reporting to demonstrate the project’s impact.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records.
