Role summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, committed and innovative person to take on the role of Communications and Fundraising Officer for a dynamic, community-oriented youth organisation.

Pay Rate: Between £20,880 – £22,446 (based on £29,000-£31,000 FTE pro rata)

Job description:

A key aspect of the role is to ensure that the RHJYC’s work is captured and communicated through our website, social media and newsletters.

The Communications and Fundraising Officer will support the RHJYC Director and the Fundraising Manager to identify funding opportunities, develop fundraising campaigns, create engaging marketing materials, write updates for regular donors and demonstrate that the RHJYC has achieved its aims in funded projects.

They will also be required to build trusted relationships with young people, parents, schools and community organisations.
