Job title: Housing & Resettlement Worker – Project 41

Role summary: Join Homeless Oxfordshire as a Housing & Resettlement Worker to support people with experiences of homelessness, trauma, substance use, and mental health needs to live more independently in dispersed accommodation. You will build compassionate, trauma-informed relationships, deliver high-quality support, coordinate with partners, manage risks and safeguarding, and help clients move on to suitable long-term housing. Pay Rate: £28,428
