Job title: Activity Manager

Role summary: In this role you will be responsible for delivering our social activities for young people with learning disabilities and autism. Alongside running activities, you will be responsible for communicating with members, families and colleagues to aid the programme’s smooth running. The successful applicant requires exceptional organisational ability and should have a proactive nature, as well as a willingness to support and get involved in Yellow Submarine’s activities. A sense of fun is a must!

Job location: Flexible depending on activities with time spent in the Yellow Submarine Offices (currently in Oxford and Witney) and delivering activities across the county.

Pay Rate: £30,000 – £32,125 (Depending on experience)

Applications close on: Monday, 2nd February 2026 at midday

Hours: Flexible depending on availability*; with regular working patterns in term time and school holidays. Schedule to include delivery of activities and admin time, as well as opportunities to support with other activities. * A full-time working week is 40 hours

Contract is: Full-time; 12-month contract, our expectation would be to offer a permanent contract at the end of the year, subject to performance and funding.
