The remarkable contribution of volunteers from across Oxfordshire was recognised at our annual Volunteer Celebration Awards on Wednesday 17th June at Headington Hill Hall.
The annual awards shine a spotlight on people whose dedication, compassion and commitment make a lasting difference to their local communities. During the joyful event we thanked 12 volunteers for their outstanding service.
Jenny Bowley, Deputy CEO of OCVA, said: “These awards are one of the highlights of our year. They give us the opportunity to recognise and celebrate the extraordinary people who quietly give their time, skills and energy to support others. Their generosity strengthens communities, changes lives and helps make Oxfordshire a better place for everyone.”
