Communities of Practice – Witney and West Oxfordshire

Join us for an inspiring and informative session with OxFSN, a family carer-led charity based in Didcot providing support to families across Oxfordshire. Dedicated to empowering family carers of children and adults with learning disabilities, OxFSN equips families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to become stronger advocates for their loved ones.

This talk will spotlight Embolden, OxFSN’s four-year project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. The Embolden project is to support families navigating the often-complex transition into adulthood and later life, with a particular focus on planning ahead and helping older carers prepare for the future.

As always, we will also make time to share news and updates, ask for ideas and advice, and share challenges and successes with others supporting over-18s in the community in Witney and West Oxfordshire. So bring your news, questions and suggestions!
