Job title: Summer Play Workers 

Role summary:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring and dedicated individuals to join us as Summer Play Workers, helping us deliver an unforgettable season of fun, games and learning for families with children aged 0–5.

As part of our team, you’ll help bring our summer programme to life – from leading creative activities and outdoor adventures to supporting free play and family bonding. Every day is different, and every session is an opportunity to make a real, positive impact.

Job location (usual place of work): working across locations in Witney and Rose Hill

Pay Rate: Salary: £14.06 per hour, this can either be PAYE or as registered self-employed

Job description: 

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and organised play environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members.
• Support children in developing skills through play.
