You’ll create engaging content across digital and print channels, support social media and fundraising campaigns, manage website content, and help grow our audience and impact. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll play a key role in sharing the stories, achievements and services that support people experiencing homelessness across Oxfordshire. Pay Rate: £20,400 (FTE £34,000)

Hours: Part time 22.5 Hours Per Week (Days Negotiable)

Job description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing and Communications Executive to join our growing Fundraising and Communications team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

You will play a key role in creating engaging content, supporting internal and external communications, and helping to grow Homeless Oxfordshire’s audience and impact.

Main Areas Of Responsibility:
· Content Creation – Newsletters, Social media, blogs, case studies, press release, storytelling
· Digital and Website Management – Regularly update website content
· Support basic SEO and accessibility best practices
· Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
· Support delivery of promotional and fundraising campaigns
· Design and Creative – Create simple, engaging designs using Canva
· Develop clear design briefs for more complex projects and liaise with design agency
· Ensure visual consistency across all materials
· Internal and External Communications – help maintain consistency of messaging across the organisation
