Job title: Fundraising Manager 
Role summary:
The Gatehouse is seeking an experienced and motivated Fundraising Manager to lead and develop our fundraising programme, helping to secure the income needed to support people experiencing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion in Oxford.
Working closely with the CEO and senior team, the successful candidate will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of income streams, including trusts and foundations, statutory funding, individual giving, corporate partnerships and community fundraising. They will build strong relationships with funders and supporters, identify new funding opportunities, write compelling funding applications and demonstrate the impact of our work through high-quality reporting and stewardship.
This is an exciting opportunity to build on strong existing foundations, supported by a planned handover from the current postholder. The role is primarily home-based, with regular attendance at meetings, events and activities in Oxford and across Oxfordshire.
We are looking for a skilled relationship-builder, an excellent communicator and a strategic thinker who is passionate about helping The Gatehouse continue to provide sanctuary now and support for the future.
