Job title: Older Adults Exercise Tutor
Role summary: Are you looking for a role that makes a real difference? We’re looking for someone to join our team to support older adults in Cherwell and those within the Horton General Hospital, to stay healthy and independent.
This role is about working with people—building trust, encouraging participation, and supporting wellbeing. You’ll lead group exercise sessions as part of a community falls prevention programme, helping participants improve their strength, balance, and confidence. Along with working in collaboration with healthcare staff, to provide identified patients with safe, appropriate and effective exercise, within the Horton General Hospital.

Location: Community and Horton Hospital based (Cherwell)
- Monday – Bicester
- Tuesday & Wednesday – Horton General Hospital, Banbury.
- Thursday – Kidlington & Deddington
Salary: £14.14 – £15.14 per hour
Hours: 28 hours a week, permanent
