As a Housing First Worker, you will provide personalised, trauma-informed support to individuals in their own homes, helping them build independence and sustain long-term tenancies. You will develop person-centred support and safety plans, manage risk, work closely with partner agencies and build strong support networks around each resident. Using a compassionate, strengths-based approach, you will empower people to achieve their goals, connect with their communities and create lasting positive change.
